Ray’s Pro Sound experience dates back 20 years before his first day as an employee.

Working in event production for numerous South Florida hotels, he purchased all of his A/V gear from Pro Sound. He also worked alongside Pro Sound team members during this time.

In 2017, he took over the Pro Sound service department, coordinating both scheduling and project management while keeping an eye on budgets.

When clients look to upgrade their systems, he’s there with insights into next-generation technologies that will carry both the systems – and audience experiences – into the future.
