Houston Airport – Bush and Hobby

Houston, TX 2017

How does a busy international airport completely replace its communications system without ever closing any of its six terminals?

In Houston, they called Pro Sound.

The team removed the old IED sound system and replaced it with a modern, state-of-the-art system, only going offline from 10pm to 6am nightly.

Through all 150 gates, new automated boarding systems are creating greater efficiencies for passengers and airlines alike. Emergency, parking and other messages are easily broadcast to appropriate areas – or the entire facility.

This keeps the airport’s 40 million annual passengers informed and on the move.
